My Services
Retirement coaching draws on who you are and who you wish to become. We start out by exploring what has brought you joy in the past and then consider what intrigues you now. There's a period of experimentation where you try out things and find out what fits today. We will also look at your values and life goals.
This is all brought together in a package for your retirement with periodic check-in to see how things are going.
One of my specialties is working with people with physical disabilities and chronic illnesses.
